Queen rearing at Co. Cork association '09A very successful queen rearing demonstration was organised and run by Noel Power at Co. Cork BKA during May. This resulted in the production of a large number of queen cells which were used to make up nucs for sale to beginners and some of which were distributed to members who had prepared colonies to mate them from. More about the queen rearing programme can be found here: Queen Rearing '09 |
